Care for the Body, Care for the Soul

Heartsong Way is about caring for your life and body in a way that feels aligned with who you really are. It’s a practice of listening inward and letting that inner truth guide how you live, move, and meet the moments of your life. A way that invites you to keep showing up to the practice of caring for your body and soul. To keep peeling back the layers of Self, befriending each part along the way.
Our role is to listen with you, to help you hear what matters most, and to offer steady care in the ways that best supports your journey in the living, the changing, and the letting go.

Heartsong Way is the umbrella that holds massage therapy, yoga, and end-of-life care as different ways of tending to the body & the life it carries.Â
 - Meet Maura of Heartsong Way -
I’m a somatic practitioner who supports people in reconnecting with their own inner clarity and grounding. My work is intuitive and body‑centered, meeting each person’s system with presence and responding to what feels needed in the moment.
Over time, tending to the living body naturally led me into end‑of‑life care, and that work now feeds back into everything I offer in the realm of living. For me, lifework and deathwork are part of the same continuum: both ask for deep listening, steadiness, and a willingness to meet what’s true. This weaving is my life’s work, shaped by my commitment to showing up in my own wholeness as a human.
